LADAKH & MANALI

15 Days, 14 Nights

Day 01 Arrive Delhi

Day 02 Delhi - Leh

Morning transfer to airport for connecting flight to Leh.

Arrival Leh. Wisdom representative will meet, greet, assist and transfer you to Hotel in Leh. Rest of the day free to acclimatise to the high altitude of Ladakh. 

Day 03 Indus Valley Monastery tour (120 Kms round trip)
After breakfast, drive to Thiksey village, visit Thiksey monastery and drive to Shey Village to visit Shey Palace and Gompa. Continue drive to Hemis monastery to visit one of the most famous monasteries of Ladakh. 

Day 04 Leh – Alchi (75 Kms)
Morning after breakfast drive to Alchi with a packed lunch. Enroute visit, Magnetic Hill, Confluence of Zanskar and Indus river, Basgo Fort and Likir Monastery. Arrive visit Alchi Monastery. 


Day 05 Alchi - Lamayuru - Leh. (180 Kms round trip)

Early morning drive to Lamayuru. Later visit the Rizong monastery and Chulichan nunnery and drive back to Leh. 

Day 06 Leh - Nubra via Khardungla Pass

Early morning proceed to Nubra Valley via the World Highest Motorable road (5602 Mts) Khardungla pass. 

Day 07 Nubra Sight seeing

Morning after breakfast proceed for a visit to the White Sand Dunes at Hunder. Visit Hunder and Diskit monasteries. Evening trek to Samstaling Monestry. 

Day 08 Nubra – Leh

Morning after Breakfast proceed for Leh, once again driving via Khardungla pass the World Highest Motorable road. 

Day 09 Leh – Sarchu (250 Kms / 8 – 9 Hrs drive)

Full day drive to Sarchu via Upshi and we have to cross second highest motorable pass in world (Tanglangla Pass 5350 Mtrs.)  Arrive Sarchu tonight our camp will be at 4200 Mtrs. and it will be the coldest night during the whole tour. Overnight in Tents.

Day 10 Sarchu - Manali (256 Kms / 8 – 9 hrs drive)

Sarchu is the border line between Jammu n Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh after 20 Kms drive we enter into Himachal Pradesh and we reach Baralachala pass 4883 Mtrs. Continue ascending towards Rohtang pass 3978 Mtrs. and we dip into Manali region. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 11 Manali – Sight seeing.

After breakfast leave for half day sight seing of the city visiting Hadimba Devi Temple, Tibetan Monastery, jagatsukh and Old Manali. Evening free at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Hotel.

Day 12 Manali – Shimla (190 Kms / 06 – 07 hrs)

After breakfast check out from the hotel in Manali and drive to Shimla. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Shimla.

Day 13 Shimla – Sightseeing.

Morning after breakfast proceed for sightseeing tour of Shimla - Night stay in Shimla.

Day 14 Shimla – Kalka – Delhi.

After breakfast drive to Kalka Railway station to board train Shatabdi express train to Delhi. You will be met on arrival at the railway station & transfer to Hotel. Overnight at your chosen Hotel.

Day 15 Leave Delhi

In time transfer to international airport to connect flight to onward destination.

GOLDEN TRIANGLE

Day 01:                       

Arrive Delhi. 

You will be met by our representative outside the customs enclosure and escorted till you are transferred to Hotel. Overnight at your chosen Hotel. 

Day 02:                    

Delhi - Leh. 

Morning transfer to airport for connecting flight to Leh.

Arrival Leh. Wisdom representative will meet, greet, assist and transfer you to Hotel in Leh. Rest of the day free to acclimatise to the high altitude of Ladakh. In the evening take a walk to the local bazaar in Leh. Overnight stay at your chosen Hotel.

Day 03: 

Indus Valley Monastery tour (120 Kms round trip). 

After breakfast, drive to Thiksey village, visit Thiksey monastery and drive to Shey Village to visit Shey Palace and Gompa. Continue drive to Hemis monastery to visit one of the most famous monasteries of Ladakh. Later on the way back to Leh Visit Stok Palace and Museum. Come back to Leh in the evening and relax at the hotel. Dinner and an overnight stay at your chosen hotel.

Day 04: 

Leh – Alchi (75 Kms). 

Morning after breakfast drive to Alchi with a packed lunch. Enroute visit, Magnetic Hill,  Confluence of Zanskar and Indus river, Basgo Fort and Likir Monastery. Arrive Alchi and visit Alchi Monastery.  Dinner and an overnight stay at your chosen hotel / camp in Alchi.

Day 05: 

Alchi - Lamayuru - Leh. (180 Kms round trip).

Day 06:

Jaipur: Jaipur was built in 1727 A. D. by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II. The beautiful town of Jaipur is washed in colour pink, a colour associated with Rajput hospitality. Jaipur city even today tells the story of the fairy tale lives of the kings and queens who dwelled in it. The only planned city of its time, Jaipur is encircled by a formidable wall.

Palatial hotels, once the abode of the Maharajahs are splendor personified. Lush parks and gardens, attractive monuments and awe- inspiring heritage are worth an experience. Not to mention the regally ambling camels and merry people in multi-hued costumes all these make a visit to Jaipur city worthwhile.

Agra: Agra city is situated on the banks of river Yamuna. It is 204kms away from Delhi. Agra is closely linked with the Mughal dynasty. Emperor Akbar built the Agra Fort; Jahangir decorated it with palaces and gardens. Shahjahan marked the zenith of Mughal architecture, when he built the Taj Mahal. You can see fine artistry of the Mughal period all over Agra.
