FLYWAY EXPERIENCE

Day 01. 

On arrival met by a representative of Jetwing Travels & transfer to Higurakgoda by Air Taxi. 

Pick up from Higurakgoda & proceed to Giritale. 

Overnight stay at the Deer Park Hotel, Polonnaruwa. 

Day 02. 

After breakfast visit & climb the Sigiriya Rock Fortress. 

Overnight stay at the Deer Park Hotel, Polonnaruwa. 

Day 03. 

After breakfast proceed to Anuradhapura for sightseeing. 

Overnight stay at the Deer Park Hotel, Polonnaruwa. 

Day 04. 

After breakfast transfer to Koggala by Air Taxi. 

Pick up from Koggala to transfer to Yala. 

Overnight stay at Yala Safari Game Lodge, a/c room, Tissamaghaarma.

After breakfast visit & enjoy the Yala National Park by Jeep.

After breakfast proceed to Galle and commence brief city tour with a visit to the Dutch Fort.

WILD LIFE NATURE TOUR

5 Nights / 6 Days. 

DAY 01. 

On arrival met by a representative of Jetwing Travels and proceed to Airport Garden Hotel (10 minutes drive from the Airport). 

Rest of the day at leisure. 

Overnight stay at AIRPORT GARDEN HOTEL, Katunayake. 

DAY 02. 

After breakfast proceed to Ratnapura and visit the Sinharaja Rain Forests. 

* Sinharaja Forest - Sinharaja reserve is the only rain forest in Sri Lanka and in the whole sub-continent of India and it provides the best rain forest study area in Asia. there about 231 species of flowers that have been classified and of which 53 species are used for medicine, food and oil etc. wild ginger, vateria copalhfirm, calmus rotang are some of these, the fauna of the forest is limited to sambhur, wildboar, purple-faced monkeys and leopards. 

Overnight stay at BOULDER GARDENS, Kalawana. 

DAY 03. 

After breakfast proceed to Yala, enrute visit the Udawalawe National Park by jeep. * Uda Walawe National Park - with an area of 30,821 hectares covers the catchment area of uda Walawe reservoir. With boundaries running into Ratnapura and Monaragala districts at the South Eastern Part of Sri Lanka. Haputale and Kaltota mountain ranges, seen from the park give a picturesque view. It provides a home for displaced animals from Walawe Development Project. 

Rich in elephant population the park is having an estimated 500 or more elephants. They roam about in herds of 50-100 at times. The park is known to be a good breeding ground, for Baby elephants, guarded by their elders are seen round the year. To see elephants in their natural habitat visitors are advised to travel in Jungle Green vehicles and similar coloured clothes. (White and bright colours are quickly spotted by elephants.) 

Overnight stay at YALA VILLAGE , Yala. 

DAY 04. 

Breakfast at hotel. 

Late afternoon visit the Yala National Park by jeep. 

* Yala is a haven for Fauna both indigenous and migrant. Bird concentrations are by the Lagoons/Salvers. Here are thousands of Flamingoes, Assemblies of spotted Billed Pelicans, Spoonbills, Cormorants and various species of Herons. Pheasants, Pea Fowl, Peacocks and the Wild Fowl are found in hundreds. Wild Buffalo and herds of wild Elephants are a common sight. Whether it is birds or animals you have them all at Yala. 

Overnight stay at YALA VILLAGE , Yala. 

DAY 05. 

After breakfast enjoy a Bird Trail with the service s of a Trekker. 

Afternoon at leisure or visit the Katragama Temple. 

Overnight stay at YALA VILLAGE , Yala. 

DAY 06. 

After breakfast proceed to hotel closer to airport or preferred beach resort. enroute commence a brief city tour of Galle with a visit to the Dutch Fort. 

Also enjoy a glass bottom boat ride at Hikkaduwa. 

Drop of at hotel closer to airport or preferred beach resort. 

SRI ADVENTURE

4 Nights / 5 Days. 

DAY 01. 

On arrival met by a representative of Jetwing Travels and proceed to Elkaduwa. Rest of the day at leisure. 

Overnight stay at HUNAS FALLS HOTEL, Elkaduwa. 

DAY 02. 

Breakfast and full day at leisure to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Hunas Falls Hotel. 

Enjoy a trek to the Corbets Gap or the mountain range close by, you could also go biking, play game of golf, go bird trail etc. 

Overnight stay at HUNAS FALLS HOTEL, Elkaduwa. 

DAY 03. 

After breakfast proceed to Kandy and commence city tour of Kandy with a visit to the Temple of the Tooth Relic and Royal Botanical gardens at Peradeniya. 

Thereafter proceed to Nuwara Eliya, enroute visit a Tea factory & Plantation. 

Overnight stay at ST. ANDREWS HOTEL., Nuwara Eliya. 

DAY 04. 

After breakfast visit Horton Plains & World's End. * The Horton Plains (7000ft - 2134m elevation) are an expanse of misty grassland interrupted by scraggly trees and ice-cold rivulets, nearly uninhabited, they are lonely yet exhilarating. There are birds and rhododendrons and other flora and fauna. Many visitors come to the Horton Plains to see World's End, considered the finest view in all of Sri Lanka. The terrific escarpment drops vertically for about 1000ft (328 meters) and falls away almost as steeply for another 4000ft (1312m). In the early morning a crescent of silver - Indian Ocean rims the horizon 50m (81km) to the south. 

Late afternoon proceed to Hatton and climb the Adams peak in the night and climb down the peak after witnessing the sunrise on Day 05 - (Period : November to April). 

Overnight stay at ST. ANDREWS HOTEL., Nuwara Eliya. 

DAY 05. 

Thereafter proceed to Colombo or preferred beach stay, enroute enjoy River rafting at Kithulgala. 

Drop off in Colombo or preferred beach resort.

After breakfast proceed to Colombo via Kithulgala, enroute enjoy the sight of St. Clair's & Devon water falls. 

At Kithulgala : visit the location where the famous film Bridge on the River Kawai was filmed. 

* Galle Face Hotel is one of the oldest hotels in Sri Lanka which is aprx 175 yrs old.
